  2. Aim for 7-9 hours of sleep using some of these tips

  3. Improve your cardio to delay the duration it takes for you to get fatigued

  4. Eat a balanced diet consisting of good protein sources, fruits vegetables and monounsaturated fats

  5. Check for any vitamin deficiencies in your diet

  6. Get Iron and CBC levels checked

  7. Get testosterone levels checked

  8. Check for sleep apnea

  9. Address and locate sources of stress in your life to reduce cortisol

  10. Engage Prayer and fellowship with like-minded people
