Outline all the ways you can maintain integrity and stay in it. Standing on principles improves self worth and gains you respect from others


8.Learn to say no

Create boundaries and standing up for yourself earns respect and improves self esteem


9.Let go of negative people

Negativity destroys your peace, mood and motivation


10.Improve NATURAL appearance

Eating right and exercising will improve mood. in addition, presentation and conduct will improve your perception


11.Remain a student

Learning about your interests, faith, occupation, how the world works is a big boost to your psyche

You Are made in the image of God who loves you and you're here for a purpose. Never forget that there is always someone who loves your company
